Implicit Cellars offers private Napa Valley wine tastings and hosted dining experiences designed for guests seeking a more personal, unhurried way to enjoy fine wine. Each visit is thoughtfully curated to encourage conversation, connection, and a deeper appreciation for our wines.
From intimate tastings for couples to group wine experiences, celebratory gatherings, and corporate events, we work closely with our guests to create experiences that feel relaxed, elevated, and memorable.
Advance reservations are required for all tasting experiences.
Private Wine Tastings
We welcome guests by appointment for private wine tastings Monday through Saturday, between 10:00 am and 3:30 pm. Tastings are hosted in the wine cave along the Silverado Trail, where Implicit Cellars wines are crafted.
Pricing: $75 per person (90 minutes)
One tasting fee is waived with each three-bottle purchase per guest.
A credit card is required to secure your appointment, and we kindly request 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Hosted Dining & Group Experiences
There is never enough time to visit every winery and restaurant on your list—so we invite you to combine the two. Join your host for a leisurely lunch or dinner at Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch in St. Helena and enjoy our current release wines alongside one of Napa Valley’s most celebrated farm-to-table kitchens.
These hosted dining experiences are designed to feel effortless: thoughtful wine service, seasonal cuisine, and an unhurried pace that invites conversation—perfect for couples, friends traveling together, celebrations, and business gatherings.
Pricing: $150 per person for lunch • $200 per person for dinner
Experiences are typically hosted for parties of 2–10. Larger groups, private dining rooms, and corporate events may be arranged by inquiry, with customized pricing based on the experience.
We are pleased to accommodate larger events and have hosted gatherings of up to 50 guests at Farmstead.
